I offer a safe, confidential phone call service wher you can chat from the comfort of your own which can help people work through the pain of losing a loved one by providing strategies to manage emotions and find a way forward in life. This is a telephone service as I work from home. Grief coaches can help clients:
Identify healthy ways to grieve Develop coping mechanisms Find hope, meaning, and peace, Connect with others , learn holistic breathing and relaxation techniques The approach I take with each client varies, as everyone grieves differently.

I'm Sandra, I work from home as a point of contact for the elderly and housebound who need a friendly person they can call weekly just for a chat to help combat the problem of loneliness.

I'm also a Grief Coach and Holistic Therapist.
My passion in life is dedicated to providing compassionate support and guidance to individuals who are navigating the difficult journey of grief and helping others with the holistic approach for wellbeing.
